Love Island Fans Hail 'Absolute Queen' Ellie After Emotional Departure
Fans Hail 'Queen' Ellie After Love Island Exit

Love Island fans have rallied behind former contestant Ellie Chadwick, who has earned the title 'Queen of Scotland' following her dramatic departure.

The 24-year-old decided to leave the villa after a harsh vote resulted in several Islanders being evicted. She found herself single when her fellow contestants opted to eliminate the other half of her couple, Finley Maddock.

He had landed himself in the bottom three of a public vote. After witnessing him receive his marching orders, Ellie chose to bow out of the show alongside him.

Ellie's Journey in the Villa

Earlier in the series, the videographer from West Lothian rapidly became a fan favourite and a potential champion. She was crowned favourite girl following the first public vote.

Her overall journey in the 13th season of Love Island certainly experienced its highs and lows. This included numerous emotional moments, and she never hesitated to express her feelings, reports OK!.

However, Finley's behaviour after being swayed by newcomer Elicia ultimately caused issues for the pair, leading to his eviction.

In a statement on Instagram, Ellie told her followers: "Where do I even begin...What an unforgettable experience. I've been through every emotion possible, made memories that will stay with me forever, and I truly wouldn't change a single second of it. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I'm so grateful I got to live every moment to the fullest."
