In a shocking twist during Monday night's Corriedale crossover, Emmerdale character Graham Foster, presumed dead since 2020, was revealed to be alive. The character, played by Andrew Scarborough, appeared as a hooded figure before being unmasked at the hospital in a scene with Joe Tate.
Graham was killed off in a whodunnit storyline, with Pierce Harris later revealed as his murderer in a flashback. His return has left fans stunned, with many questioning how he faked his death and what his motives are. One viewer posted: 'Welcome back Graham Foster,' while another said: 'Well Graham coming back from the dead was not on my bingo card.'
The crossover event, which merges Emmerdale and Coronation Street, has been teased by cast members as having far-reaching consequences. Julia Goulding, who plays Shona Platt, described the impact as a 'ball of wool' unravelling, while James Cartwright, who plays Theo Silverton, promised the event would 'change soap land forever'.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX, while Coronation Street airs at 8:30pm on the same channels.
