New Emmerdale spoilers suggest that Jimmy and Nicola King's 16-year marriage may be on the verge of collapse. Nicola has grown worried that her relationship with Jimmy has become stale, and a well-intentioned date planned by Jimmy only makes matters worse.
Date Night Disaster
Jimmy arranges a date in an effort to reignite the spark, but his choice of activities leaves Nicola disappointed. When Jimmy brings his golf clubs to the café, a jewellery box falls out, leading Nicola to suspect he is being unfaithful. Confused by the romantic gift, she fears it is intended for someone else.
Death Reports and Sadie King's Return
The spoilers come amid reports that Jimmy will be killed off later this year, with actor Nick Miles reportedly leaving the show after two decades. The couple's children, Elliot and Angelica, are expected to return for the fallout. Ex-wife Sadie King, played by Patsy Kensit, has also reprised her role and is back filming.
Soap boss Laura Shaw teased Sadie's comeback: "We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Patsy Kensit back to the cast and crucially to see the iconic Sadie King storm back into the village. Sadie’s seductive demeanour, combined with her utterly ruthless nature, are set to deliver a spectacular and highly dramatic touch of class to the Yorkshire Dales."
Radio Times has reported that Jimmy will remain onscreen until Autumn, with a summer stunt involving other characters. Emmerdale airs weeknights at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
