Kim was hospitalised following a suspected overdose, but fans know Graham deliberately doubled her dosage. He later phoned someone to report his plan had failed, sparking speculation about the identity of his accomplice.
Many fans suspect Dr Todd, the newcomer who has been bullying Jacob Gallagher, given her medical access to the pills. One viewer commented, 'Bet ya it's the bloody Dr that's harassing Jacob,' while another said, 'The female Dr.' Others pointed to Caleb Miligan, Kim's stepson, who has a history of feuding with her over his father Frank's death.
