Mack reminded Vanessa about Jacob's complaint, which he had halted after Todd left the hospital. Mackenzie suggested there could be other complaints against Todd that were never officially recorded. Vanessa noted that Jacob likely wasn't the first to complain, as others had reported Todd but declined to speak on record.
