The truth is out in Emmerdale as Billy Fletcher discovers that Kev was his attacker, while Sarah Sugden's guilt over killing Dr Caitlin Todd reaches a boiling point.
Sarah's confession looms
Following the accidental death of Dr Caitlin Todd, Charity and Serena are interrupted by DS Ramsden. Jacob decides to stop asking questions about Todd, but Sarah is torn about keeping the truth from her husband. Charity continues to maintain her false confession.
Dawn's guilt and the 'sten do'
As Joe leaves for his stag do, he is unaware that Billy and Dawn are planning to flee with fake passports. They tell Clemmie they are going on holiday, but Graham intercepts them and brings them to a field where Joe has arranged a surprise 'sten do' instead.
Paranoia grips Billy and Dawn as the group prepares for a clay pigeon shoot. With Caleb unreachable, Dawn's aim drifts toward Joe, terrifying Billy as he realizes what she might do.
Kev's confession stuns Billy
Tensions rise between Kev and Caleb. Jimmy and Nicola discover the B&B is in financial trouble, pinning hopes on a new haulage deal. Ruby orchestrates a robbery of Jimmy's shipment to force him to sell, enlisting Kev to steal a van. The plan succeeds, but Kev is furious to find the loot is only nappies. Ruby reveals she has footage of him attacking Billy.
Later, Kev smashes Caleb's laptop, destroying evidence. At the 'sten do', a drunk Kev apologizes for putting Billy in the hospital, leaving Billy stunned to learn Kev was his attacker and Caleb and Ruby were complicit. Kev warns them he will expose them if he faces prison.
Jimmy's downfall and vow renewal
Caleb refuses to hand over the fake passports until the wedding day, determined to ruin Joe's big day. Struggling financially, Jimmy sells his haulage business to Caleb and Ruby, unaware that Kev's robbery caused his downfall.
Lewis suggests Nicola and Jimmy renew their vows, prompting Nicola to reminisce about their wedding. She is delighted when Jimmy agrees, but he privately panics upon seeing 'mortgage arrears' on a letter. An uneasy truce forms between Mack and Ross.
