EastEnders spoilers reveal that Janine Butcher will escalate her plan to eliminate love rival Linda Carter. The schemer, played by Charlie Brooks, has already driven a wedge between Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) and his estranged wife Linda (Kellie Bright), causing alcoholic Linda to relapse.
Janine feels threatened by Linda's presence in Albert Square and decides to make her an offer to leave Walford for good. After overhearing Jada (Kelsey Calladine-Smith) voicing concerns about Linda's drinking, Janine urges the teen to speak up. Soon, Linda receives an ultimatum from Zack Hudson (James Farrar) to clean up her act or leave Sharon's house.
Despite this, Linda grows close to Mick after helping him organise a Jubilee party at The Vic, annoying Janine. Janine confronts Linda with harsh words, causing Linda to drink again. In a final ploy, Janine approaches Linda in Walford East and offers her a deal to leave Albert Square permanently.
The dramatic scenes air on Tuesday 17 May at 7:30pm on BBC One.
