The fate of Coronation Street's Carl Webster remains uncertain following a devastating multi-vehicle pile-up during the Corriedale crossover. The crash, which occurred after a drunken Carl drove off from Debbie's wedding, left him in critical condition.
In the episode, Carl's car collided with Becky Swain's vehicle, triggering the pile-up. After moving an unconscious Debbie into the driver's seat to shift blame, Carl collapsed and required CPR. Later, in hospital, Kevin confronted Carl, revealing he knew the truth about the crash.
Carl's condition worsened as medics rushed in to perform further CPR. The episode ended with his fate unclear, as Kevin watched helplessly. Meanwhile, Debbie escaped relatively unscathed, though she was initially believed to be the driver.
