Fans of BBC's Death in Paradise will have to wait longer for the next episode, as the Friday 9pm slot is pre-empted by an FA Cup match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Liverpool.
The latest episode ended on a cliffhanger, with DI Mervin Wilson (Don Gilet) abducted and restrained to a chair. He regained consciousness and recognised his captor, crying out 'You'. Viewers are eager to learn the kidnapper's identity.
Episode six will now air on Monday, March 9, at 9pm on BBC One. However, it will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer from Friday, March 6, at 8.45pm.
This is the second scheduling disruption for series 15, following a previous delay due to an FA Cup match between Hull City and Chelsea. Other BBC dramas, such as Silent Witness, have also faced football-related interruptions.
