Carla, played by Alison King since 2006, is currently being held captive by the corrupt and vengeful police officer Becky Swain. In a terrifying sequence, viewers have seen the Underworld factory boss tied up inside Becky's wardrobe. The situation escalated during Tuesday night's episode, after a brief moment of hope on Monday when Carla managed to break free and knock her captor unconscious.
That escape proved short-lived. Becky swiftly regained control, restraining Carla once more. In a chilling exchange, Becky insisted Carla would be "out of the picture soon." Carla defiantly retorted that she had no fear for her life, believing if she were to be killed, it would have already happened. Becky's cold response was to remind Carla that she relies on kidney medication to survive, and withholding it would lead to her death "pretty soon anyway."

This is not the first time Carla Connor has found herself in a kidnapper's clutches.
