Coronation Street villain Jodie Ramsey may have sealed her own fate by stealing a police badge from detective Lisa Swain. The character, who has been targeting Weatherfield residents by taking sentimental items, is now believed to have crossed the wrong person.
Jodie has been placing stolen objects in a trinket box, including Brian Packham's book, Shona Platt's wedding ring, and Bernie Winter's photo face. Her latest acquisition is Lisa Swain's warrant card, taken after a minor disagreement over coffee.
Fans are convinced this theft will expose Jodie. One viewer commented: 'So Jodie taking Lisa’s warrant card for her box of trinkets is gonna be the one that exposes her.' Another added: 'Jodie's crossed the wrong person this time, Lisa's gonna catch her out.'
Unlike other items, the badge is easily missed and traceable. A fan noted: 'It's not something that is easily misplaced and Lisa can probably narrow down where it was.' This could lead to a background check on Jodie, as previously hinted by Lisa.
