Christina Haack has spoken out after HGTV cancelled her reality series 'Christina on the Coast' following five seasons. The real estate investor and TV personality shared a summer photo on social media with boyfriend Christopher Larocca and her children, captioning it: 'Summer so far. Basically just eating and laughing. Canceled looks good on me…. Only kidding only kidding.'
The show was among seven HGTV cancellations reported by Deadline, including 'The Flipping El Moussas' hosted by her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae. Also cancelled were 'Bargain Block', 'Married to Real Estate', 'Farmhouse Fixer', 'Izzy Does It' and 'Battle on the Beach'.
Haack previously confirmed that her spin-off 'Christina in the Country' will not return for a third season. However, her collaboration with Tarek and Heather Rae, 'The Flip Off', has been renewed for a second season. The cancellation news prompted widespread disappointment among fans, who voiced their frustration online.
In other developments, Haack revealed she had informal conversations with Bravo producers about potentially joining the cast of 'The Real Housewives of Orange County', but admitted she would be 'so boring' to watch.
