The Celebrity Traitors returns to BBC One tomorrow night, Friday, October 2, at 8pm, following the series premiere on Thursday, October 1.

Episode schedule confirmed

The second episode airs at 8pm on BBC One on Friday, October 2. The third episode will follow on Thursday, October 8, with the fourth on Friday, October 9. The same pattern applies for the following week, with episodes five and six scheduled for October 15 and 16 respectively.

The schedule for the remaining episodes, including the finale, has yet to be confirmed.

Series format and cast

Twenty-one celebrities entered Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands for the new celebrity edition of the hit BBC programme. Each star will play as either a Faithful or a Traitor, competing for a cash prize of up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice.

The series consists of 10 episodes. The first episode, a 75-minute broadcast, saw the celebrities arrive at the grand castle.

Confirmed participants include comedian Joanne McNally, actress Julie Hesmondhalgh, journalist Amol Rajan, actress Bella Ramsey, comedian James Acaster, singer James Blunt, model and actress Jerry Hall, comedian Joe Lycett, former Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Love Island presenter Maya Jama, YouTuber King Kenny, actor Michael Sheen, comedian Miranda Hart, actor Myha'la, mathematician Hannah Fry, actor Richard E. Grant, comedian Rob Beckett, comedian Romesh Ranganathan, actor Ross Kemp, actor Sebastian Croft and actress Sharon Rooney.
