Three venues in Newcastle will host live screenings of the Celebrity Traitors final on Friday night, following a dramatic penultimate episode that saw recruited Traitor James Acaster confess at the Round Table.
The confession sealed his own exit and turned suspicion towards his fellow Traitors, Maya Jama and Kenny. Earlier in the series, Richard E Grant's blunder at the start led to his immediate banishment, leaving the Traitors with a mountain to climb. Since then, original Traitor Maya and recruits Kenny and James had been flying under the radar, even being named the three most trustworthy players by their fellow contestants.
A Shocking Turn at the Round Table
However, in the closing minutes of Thursday's episode, James appeared to crack under pressure. Having been frank about wanting to be a Faithful, he revealed his deceit, leaving the others with little choice but to banish him. This leaves seven players still in the running to win a large cash prize for their chosen charity.
