Dame Judi Dench's M appears in all nine films
Fun fact: Dame Judi Dench played M across both Brosnan and Craig's tenures. Even after her character died in Skyfall, she returned for a pre-recorded cameo video in Spectre and her painting was an Easter Egg in No Time To Die.
