Beef Season 2 Trailer Drops with New Cast and Story

The trailer for the second season of Netflix's hit series Beef has been released, promising more tension and drama. Following the explosive first season starring Ali Wong and Steven Yeun, the new season shifts focus to two couples at a country club.

The new cast includes Oscar Isaac as Josh Martin, Carey Mulligan as Lindsay Crane-Martin, Cailee Spaeny as Ashley Miller, and Charles Melton as Austin Davis. The story centres on a Gen Z couple who witness a violent altercation between their millennial boss and his wife, leading them to compete for the approval of the club's billionaire owner.

In the trailer, Mulligan's character Lindsay is asked about her marriage, replying: 'I think deep down we both knew it was a temporary band aid...for the immense pain of knowing that you've picked the wrong person.' The trailer also shows a vicious row where Josh appears to lunge at Lindsay with a golf club, witnessed by the younger couple.

Yeah, it's getting really hard to ignore.'
