Bea Attacks Honey in EastEnders Kidnap Horror After Vigil Sting

EastEnders spoilers follow for Monday's (July 6) episode, which can now be streamed on BBC iPlayer and airs at 7:30pm on BBC One.

Bea's Deception Unravels

Bea Pollard (Ronni Ancona) has come out of hiding after claiming Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) murdered her during a showdown at his home. The master manipulator grew obsessed with Honey (Emma Barton) and drove a wedge between her and husband Billy, who saw through her efforts. Honey believed Bea's lies that Billy tried to sleep with her, kicking him out of the family home.

The truth came to light last week when Honey met with a former flatmate of Bea's, who revealed Bea tormented her and even set her house on fire, killing their dog. Billy confronted Bea, leading to a violent argument where Bea cut her hand and made the brawl look worse, phoning police to claim Billy tried to kill her.

The Vigil Plan

Police searched for Billy, believing he murdered Bea, but he stayed hidden at the Boxing Den. Knowing Bea's obsession with social media, Honey staged a vigil for Bea, streaming it online to lure her out. The plan worked: Bea appeared lurking around the Square, and Honey chased her to the allotment.

Honey pretended to have dumped Billy and suggested a new friendship. Bea was delighted and proposed they move in together. However, when Honey insisted on clearing Billy's name and tried to phone police, Bea lashed out, knocking Honey unconscious.

Kidnap Horror

Panicked, Bea dragged unconscious Honey to her car and drove off, leaving viewers questioning Honey's fate. The episode ends with Honey's life in danger, as Bea's obsession takes a deadly turn.

EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One or streams from 6am on BBC iPlayer.
