Leading the pack is Gary Lineker, the Match of the Day host, who continues to dominate the BBC's salary list with earnings between £1.35m-£1.36m. Close behind is radio legend Zoe Ball, whose Radio 2 breakfast show secures her £980,000-£989,999.

Gender Pay Gap Progress
The report shows some positive movement in gender pay equality, with women now making up 43% of the top earners - up from just 33% in 2017 when the disclosures began. However, the top three positions are still held by men, indicating there's more work to be done.
