The popular Italian restaurant, located next to the Sunderland Empire, hosted the cast and crew on Friday night ahead of the Saturday shoot.
Thousands Attend Souter Lighthouse Filming
The BBC programme, now in its 49th series and hosted by Fiona Bruce, invited the public to bring antiques and collectibles to Souter Lighthouse in Whitburn on Saturday. Items ranged from retro toys and movie memorabilia to vintage fashion and rare trainers. The event drew a massive crowd, with attendees lining up in large numbers to meet the experts.
Aperitif Bar & Kitchen shared a photo of the packed dining area on social media, writing: 'Great to have the Antiques Roadshow cast and crew dine with us on Friday night while they filmed for Season 49 at Souter Lighthouse over the weekend! Look forward to watching the episode when it’s aired.'
