A television adaptation of the beloved Confessions of Georgia Nicolson book series is in development for a "major streaming platform," with casting now underway for the pilot episode. The pilot episode will carry the same title as the original novel, Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging. Casting director Rachel Sheridan, whose credits include Netflix's One Day and BBC's Amandaland, issued a casting notice on July 3 seeking adult actors who can appear as 15 or 16-year-olds. Sheridan said: "We're casting for a TV pilot for a major streamer: 'Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging' - based on the worldwide bestselling Confessions of Georgia Nicolson books!
