Alison Hammond Lands Major Bridgerton Podcast Role

ITV's beloved This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has secured a major new role, stepping into the world of Regency romance as the host of the official Bridgerton podcast for Netflix.

The fan-favourite broadcaster, known for her Friday hosting duties on ITV's flagship morning show alongside Dermot O'Leary and for co-presenting The Great British Bake Off, will front Bridgerton: The Official Podcast. The series is produced by Netflix and Shondaland to accompany the highly anticipated fourth season of the period drama.

A self-confessed Bridgerton enthusiast, Hammond will delve into the show's latest scandals and romance across six episodes. She is confirmed to chat with the new season's romantic leads, Luke Thompson, who returns as Benedict Bridgerton, and newcomer Yerin Ha, who plays his mysterious love interest, Sophie Baek (the Lady in Silver).
