Manchester rapper Aitch has released a new documentary, Aitch: Don't Be Afraid, now streaming on Netflix. The film follows his journey up Mount Kilimanjaro with friends and family to raise awareness for the Down's Syndrome Association in honor of his sister Gracie, who has Down syndrome.

The official synopsis reads: 'Inspired by his sister, rapper Aitch scales Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for people with Down syndrome and to fight for greater inclusivity.' Netflix subscribers have already responded positively, with one writing: 'Defo be watching @OfficialAitch netflix documentary! Such a great guy.' Another added: 'Can’t wait to see this. Heartwarming Bond with Sisters
Aitch, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, shares a close bond with his younger sisters, Hattie and Gracie, who are non-identical twins. He often says he makes music to support them. In the documentary, he says of Gracie: 'It's just the best relationship ever. If there's a blueprint of what a human should be, it probably is her. She couldn't love the people around her more if she tried, she smothers you with love.'
Previously appearing on I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, he kept pictures of his siblings near his camp bed, calling them his 'whole heart.' Speaking about Gracie, he told campmates: 'She's the GOAT honestly. There's not one person that's ever met her that's said a bad word.' In 2022, his song My G featuring Ed Sheeran included a tribute to Gracie, with all profits going to the Down's Syndrome Association, where Aitch is an ambassador.
Teasing the documentary, Aitch wrote on Instagram: 'GRACIE, THIS IS FOR YOU AND THE OTHER 40,000 BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU DONT BE AFRAID! 26/07/26 @netflixuk.'
