The acclaimed detective drama The Crow Girl concludes its first season on Channel 5 tonight, but fans can immediately stream the second season on Paramount+. The six-part psychological thriller, adapted from Erik Axl Sund's novel, originally premiered on Paramount+ in January 2025 before its Channel 5 run in July.
How to Watch Season 2
Season two of The Crow Girl launched on Paramount+ simultaneously with the debut of season one on Channel 5. The second series arrived on the streaming platform 18 months after the first. It has yet to be confirmed whether season two will also air on Channel 5.
The official synopsis reads: "As Jeanette digs deeper, Dr. Sophia Craven begins to suspect Victoria Burkeman, her mysterious former patient, could be responsible. As Jeanette and Sophia's relationship becomes increasingly complex and emotionally charged, the case places their trust and judgement under strain."
Will There Be a Season 3?
A third series appears unlikely. While Paramount+ has not confirmed whether a third season is in development, The Crow Girl is adapted from a bestselling novel, and the second series has now caught up with the source material. Although the original story spans a trilogy of books, the English translation consolidates all three into a single volume.
The Crow Girl season one concludes on Channel 5 at 9pm on Wednesday, July 29.
