Olmedo went viral before even arriving in the United States, wearing skimpy outfits during Paraguay's pre-tournament friendly against Nicaragua at the Estadio Defensores del Chaco. During Paraguay's 4-0 victory, she jumped around enthusiastically, nearly having a wardrobe malfunction. Her ample assets drew attention, and after landing in North America, she faced a similar mishap on social media.

The wardrobe malfunction has not dampened her spirits. In her latest post, she is seen in a stadium, wearing a top that barely preserves her modesty and very short shorts.
