Love Island's Whitney Adebayo Ends Legal Feud with Ex Lochan Ahead of All Stars
Whitney Adebayo: No Court Case with Ex Lochan

Love Island star Whitney Adebayo has publicly addressed the reported legal dispute with her ex-partner, Lochan Nowacki, confirming it never escalated to court. The revelation comes as she prepares to return to television for the highly anticipated Love Island: All Stars series on ITV2.

The Truth Behind the 'Legal Battle' Headlines

Adebayo, who found fame alongside Nowacki when they finished as runners-up on the 2023 series of Love Island, set the record straight during a press event. When questioned if the new series would provide a break from court proceedings, she responded unequivocally. "I've never had a court case so this is genuinely news to me," she told The Mirror and other outlets. "I've just been focusing on my business - my hair business, my podcast. No, no court case."

The feud originated last year following the couple's split, with Adebayo alleging that Nowacki had made a racist remark about her skin, which he has consistently denied. Nowacki later stated he had initiated legal action over what he claimed were "defamatory comments made about his family." However, sources indicated last month that the former couple had reached a private agreement, with an insider confirming the dispute was over and both were "moving on with their lives."

Facing the Past in the All Stars Villa

With the new series bringing back iconic islanders, the possibility of a dramatic reunion has been a hot topic. When asked how she would feel encountering Lochan Nowacki in the villa again, Whitney adopted a philosophical stance. "I mean we're all on our different journeys. Good luck to him. I've got to focus on myself," she stated.

She views her return to the iconic Mallorcan villa as a fresh start after a challenging 2025. "Talk about timing. It's January, bikinis, with the girls, dating new boys," said the 28-year-old. "Definitely a good entrance into 28."

A New Approach to Love and Drama

Whitney Adebayo also hinted at a more mature outlook for her second stint on the show. She claims to be less focused on physical 'types' and more on character. "When you hit 28, how can you have a type? Time is ticking," she joked. "Characteristics yes, but physical no. At this age, it's too shallow."

Her top three sought-after traits are now dark humour, honesty, and kindness. While she insists she doesn't seek out drama, she won't shy away from speaking her mind. "I always stand up for what's right... I would like to think I'm always on the right side of history because I am very honest," she affirmed.

Love Island: All Stars begins on Monday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
