Vogue Williams has admitted she was left "embarrassed" by her divorce from Brian McFadden and expected to be single for the rest of her life before suddenly meeting Spencer Matthews.
The reality star, 40, found fame on the short-lived series Fade Street in 2010 and tied the knot with Westlife singer Brian, 46, two years later, but it didn't work out and they split in 2017. Vogue then met Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, 40, the same year and they married in 2018. Together, they are parents to Theodore, eight, Gigi, six, Otto, four, and Vogue gave birth to son Remy in early September.
Embracing single life
Looking back on her split from Brian, Vogue claimed she just wanted to embrace single life for a period of time, having believed she was never going to be a mother. She said: "I was so embarrassed when the whole thing had happened. I just was like, 'This is the worst.'"
She added: "I had made myself come to terms with the fact that I was never going to have kids and that I was never going to be married again. I was just going to have to like live a life of being single. And I was like, 'I'm going to enjoy being single for once in my life'."
In the end, the former I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star did get to have a single life for a few short months before meeting Spencer and having children with him.
Advice to listeners
Whilst answering a listener's question on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, she explained that the same thing could possibly happen to them despite what they might currently feel. She added: "I did enjoy being single and it took about three months because I was so used to being in relationships and then I enjoyed being single. Then I met somebody and now I'm sitting on this podcast breastfeeding my fourth child. So this could be you at 40."
According to Vogue, the couple's family is now complete, although Spencer has previously claimed there could be one more child. He told Closer Magazine: "I like the sound of baby number five. Vogue's Irish, you see. It won't be too long before she wants a fifth, I'm sure of it. I can't wait!"
No baby number five
However, during a discussion about baby names on her podcast, his wife shut down listeners who told her to save some names for her next child. She said: "There is no baby number five - no, no. I can't... even people are like, 'Oh congrats', like looking at me like I'm a complete weirdo having a fourth child, they're like, 'Jesus Christ, give it a rest would you?' So no, there won't be any baby number five because I don't think I'd be up for it."
