Vogue Williams Reveals I'm A Celebrity Confusion Over Time

Vogue Williams has opened up about her time in the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! jungle, admitting the experience was far tougher than she expected. The 40-year-old Irish model entered the show as a latecomer alongside Tom Read Wilson, lasting 13 days before becoming the third campmate voted out.

Speaking on the Sh***ed, Married, Annoyed podcast, Williams confessed to struggling with the rationed food and the disorienting lack of time awareness. 'They never tell you what time it is and no one's allowed to talk to you, like the security aren't allowed to talk to you when you leave the camp,' she explained.

Williams revealed that the campmates would try to gauge the time by listening for the show's theme tune. 'So, you'd hear them shouting 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' and then you'd kind of work it out from that,' she said. She also noted that a sound technician would sometimes wake them up while swapping microphones, adding to the confusion.

Despite the challenges, Williams described the experience as fun and said she made good friends, including Ruby Wax, with whom she still texts. However, she found the constant singing difficult, admitting she is not a good singer or dancer. 'I found that bit a little bit hard,' she added.

Williams' husband, Spencer Matthews, had previously suggested the show wasn't tough enough on celebrities, a claim she dismissed. 'I was like, what?' she said, emphasising the difficulty of jungle life.
