I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! has said farewell to podcaster Vogue Williams, with viewers voting her the third campmate to leave the Australian jungle. Her eviction on Monday night followed a dramatic day featuring a fearsome trial for camp leader Ruby Wax and rising tensions over camp chores.
Ruby Wax Faces Snakes and Lizards in Gruelling Trial
The 72-year-old television star, recently voted leader by her fellow celebrities, volunteered for the 'Misfortune Tellers' Bushtucker Trial. With her lucky red pants wrapped around her neck for courage, she entered six machines to retrieve stars while confronting a host of creatures including blue-tongued lizards, eels, green ants, spiders, and large snakes.
Despite her determination, Ruby struggled with knots and padlocks, securing only five out of a possible ten stars before her time expired. This meant the camp would receive smaller rations for dinner. Returning to camp, she apologised to her hungry colleagues, who responded with a supportive round of applause for her efforts.
Camp Tensions Rise Over Dirty Dishes Debate
The camp was already reeling from the recent departures of TV presenter Alex Scott and comedian Eddie Kadi. On the eve of Vogue's exit, a fresh argument erupted over the washing-up. Angry Ginge, 24, complained again about the volume of cleaning, suggesting campmates reuse their dishes for breakfast and lunch to reduce the workload.
His proposal was swiftly rejected. Vogue Williams, 40, insisted that "people have the right to have a clean bowl in the morning and a clean whatever they want in the afternoon and a clean one in the evening." Model and presenter Kelly Brook, 46, backed her up, highlighting hygiene concerns: "If you’re leaving food in camp, by the time you get back to your tin at lunch time, it’s going to be covered in ants."
The dispute over cleanliness had tangible consequences, as viewers saw rats invade the camp after two cups and a wooden spoon were left unwashed overnight.
Viewers Deliver Their Verdict
Ultimately, it was the public who decided Vogue Williams's fate. Following the trial and the ongoing camp disputes, she became the latest celebrity to cross the famous rope bridge and leave the competition. Her departure marks another significant shift in the camp's dynamics as the remaining stars continue their battle to become King or Queen of the Jungle.
