The Traitors' Jade Scott Reveals Surprising Strategy and Shock at Season 4 Twist

Jade Scott, a PhD student and business founder who was a Faithful throughout the fourth season of The Traitors, has revealed that her strategy was to deliberately attract suspicion. In an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com following the finale, she explained that she wanted to avoid being murdered by the Traitors, as faithful players who are too trusted often get eliminated without a chance to defend themselves.

Scott admitted that her plan backfired somewhat, as she ended up with too much suspicion from other contestants. However, she noted that she enjoyed the missions and wanted to stay in the game to participate in them. She said she focused so much on managing suspicion that she had little capacity left to identify the actual Traitors.

After watching the series back, Scott said she was completely surprised by the Secret Traitor twist. She also observed that she was very shy at the start of the show and took time to come out of her shell, describing it as a period of personal growth. She found it 'really cool' to see different conversations and missions from the audience's perspective.

Despite the challenges, Scott said she was happy with her game and would not change anything. If given the chance to play again, she would still choose to be a Faithful, as she loves solving puzzles—the core task of the Faithfuls. She acknowledged that the game is not easy, given the diverse and wonderful strangers involved.
