During Wednesday’s episode, Maz said in the diary room: “I am a retired police officer. Pressure, you know, I’ve dealt with the majority of my life. What can they possibly throw at me that would even equate to what I faced in the police?” The confession sparked fan theories that Maz and Amanda may have worked together previously.
One viewer wrote on X: “Maz said he was in police in tonight's episode and both he and Amanda went for Jade so I wonder if they worked together.” Another added: “Maz and Amanda both in the police force?
