Viewers of BBC's hit reality series The Traitors have been left puzzled after spotting comedian Lou Sanders in a video of a contestant's watch party. The clip, shared on TikTok by user @jackelsain, shows contestant Stephen Libby watching the show with friends and family, reacting to his selection as a traitor in the first episode.
In the footage, Sanders can be seen covering her eyes when Stephen is first tapped on the shoulder by host Claudia Winkleman, before joining in the applause. The comedian is known for winning Taskmaster series 8 and appearing on shows like Last One Laughing UK.
Fans took to social media to question her presence, with one asking: 'Why is Lou Sanders there please?' Another wrote: 'What's the relation to Lou Sanders?' A third commented: 'Lou Sanders is here, so that's cool.'
Stephen, 32, works in cyber security in London but originally hails from the Isle of Lewis, one of Scotland's most remote islands. The series returned for its fourth season on New Year's Day, featuring 22 contestants split into Faithfuls and Traitors, with a new 'secret traitor' twist.
