Molly Rainford Drops 2025 Strictly Return Bombshell

Molly Rainford, who reached the final of Strictly Come Dancing last year with professional partner Carlos Gu, has hinted at a potential return to the show in 2025. The 22-year-old CBBC presenter, who recently completed the live tour, admitted that the experience was far more intense than she had anticipated.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, Rainford revealed: 'It’s definitely a lot more intense than I expected. You are training a lot! But it’s really rewarding and I think that’s why you have so many highs on the show.' She also reflected on her multiple dance-offs, saying she viewed them as motivation rather than setbacks.

Since leaving Strictly, Rainford has been involved with the Nationwide Building Society and The Diana Award's Positive Post Box initiative, which encourages children to write anonymous letters to combat bullying. She visited Cranbrook Primary School alongside Rhys Stephenson to deliver letters, calling the campaign 'really exciting' and noting that 83% of children have experienced bullying.

Rumours are also circulating that Rainford could join the cast of EastEnders, with reports suggesting she might play the daughter of Ray Winstone, who is reportedly set to take over the Queen Vic pub. A source told The Sun: 'Molly joins a long line of former finalists who've gone on to bigger things.'
