Porsha Williams Cleared in Delta Flight Incident

Reality television star Porsha Williams has been officially cleared of any wrongdoing by US federal authorities after an alleged altercation took place in the first-class cabin of a Delta Airlines flight.

In-Flight Incident and FBI Investigation

The incident occurred on Sunday, 16th November, as Williams was returning to Atlanta from BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas. According to statements, an alleged confrontation unfolded, leading Delta cabin crew to intervene. The flight, a regularly scheduled service from Las Vegas to Atlanta, continued to its destination and landed without further issue.

Law enforcement met the aircraft upon its arrival at Atlanta's airport. The FBI in Atlanta confirmed it was aware of the incident and was looking into whether any federal charges applied. However, the bureau has now concluded its review.

Legal Team Declares Vindication

Williams's attorney, Joe Habachy, announced that the United States Attorney's Office had determined that 'no crime has been committed' and that the FBI 'will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.'

In a statement, Habachy elaborated, 'While Ms Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning.'

He asserted that Williams had been the victim of an unprovoked verbal assault and that subsequent allegations were contradicted by multiple eyewitnesses. The attorney concluded that Williams is 'owed an apology' by the other passenger involved.

Aftermath and Context

A Delta Airlines spokesperson corroborated that two customers on the flight were spoken to by the cabin crew. The company emphasised that the situation was resolved in the air and the flight landed normally.

Williams was in Las Vegas for BravoCon, where she participated in a panel for the series 'Getting Lucky at the Love Hotel' alongside fellow reality stars Sonja Morgan and Heather Gay. The star's personal life has been in the spotlight recently, following the finalisation of her divorce from Simon Guobadia in June and her previous comments about being open to new relationships.

With the FBI investigation now closed, the matter is considered resolved, fully exonerating the Real Housewives of Atlanta personality.
