Netflix viewers have been urged to clear their calendars as the popular reality show Love Is Blind UK returns for a third season. The new series drops next Wednesday, 19 August, and features a fresh batch of singles searching for romance.
How the show works
Unlike most dating shows, this programme challenges contestants to commit to one another before they meet face-to-face. They start in hidden pods and blind date a string of other hopeful singles without ever laying eyes on one another. If they form a connection, the cast then take their relationship to the next step by getting engaged.
Each couple will then meet for the first time before moving in together to prepare for their big day, though not everyone will end up married.
Demi Brown's verdict
Season 1 featured 33-year-old Demi Brown, who found romance with Ollie Sutherland. The couple progressed to their wedding day, but Demi ultimately declined to marry Ollie at the altar.
With just days until the third series drops, Demi has told fans to "book out their calendars," reports the Mirror. In a TikTok video, she said: "If you're a Love is Blind fan, all I'm saying is, the 19th of August, book out your calendar. Take the day because you're gonna need it."
Early reactions
The Netflix alum has already viewed the opening episode of series three and reckons it's "the best season yet". She explained: "And that's because I am so invested after that one episode. I'm not gonna give anything away but all I'm gonna say is there's something for everyone."
Demi proceeded to share that she's already captivated by the developing connections amongst the new participants. She even admitted she's considering reaching out to the series three contestants for early spoilers. She said: "I am so close to DM'ing these people, obviously I'm not gonna do that, not yet. I'll probably DM them after I've seen the rest of the episodes. And I can't wait for them to drop next week."
Love Is Blind UK season 3 lands on Netflix next Wednesday, August 19.
