Married At First Sight's Alissa Fay Breaks Down Over Vile Text Messages

Married At First Sight bride Alissa Fay broke down during Tuesday's episode after her husband David Momoh discussed a vile text exchange with Bec Zacharia during the Partner Swap.

The 33-year-old Adelaide bride had instructed David not to bring up the texts if he was paired with Bec, but Bec broached the subject immediately. David recounted the conversation to Alissa, who became upset that the messages were mentioned.

'The one thing I said to David before he left was please do not bring up the text messages and it was brought up and it upset me,' Alissa told producers. She later added, 'I feel like a f***ing idiot. I've been fooled so many times.'

David explained that he could no longer hold his tongue after Bec claimed Gia Fleur was most at fault for sending the messages to runaway bride Juliette Chae. Alissa accused Bec of exploiting David's 'kind nature' and manipulating him.

Alissa broke down in tears when David said he 'hated' seeing her so upset. The texts, exposed on Monday's episode, included Bec calling Alissa a 'rat b***h' and her husband a 'rat husband.'
