Love Island star Luca Bish has disclosed that his family home was broken into while he was on holiday in Switzerland, forcing the trip to be cut short.
The 23-year-old fishmonger, who appeared in the eighth series of the ITV2 dating show, shared the news on Instagram on Monday, expressing his family’s fear following the burglary.
“Materialistic things can be replaced, however, my family fearing being in our home and knowing you’ve been violated in such a way is a feeling you can never describe,” Bish wrote.
He added that high security throughout the home meant everything was now with the police, urging followers to “be careful this time of the year and keep safe.”
The incident comes after Bish’s recent split from Gemma Owen, 19, the daughter of former England footballer Michael Owen. The couple ended their romance in November, less than four months after leaving the Love Island villa.
