Love Island All Stars has seen tensions rise between Lucinda Strafford and Samie Elishi, as the pair clashed over the state of their friendship. The drama unfolded after Lucinda chose to couple up with Ciaran Davies, a move that Samie felt blindsided by, given she had been paired with him.
In a heated conversation, Lucinda disputed Samie's claim that they were close friends, stating: 'I haven't spoken to you in almost a year, properly.' Samie countered that they had interacted via social media, but Lucinda was unconvinced, adding: 'I'm literally just saying I haven't spoken to you in almost a year. I'm not f**king making that up.'
The root of the issue appeared to be Samie's fragrance launch party last year, to which Lucinda was not invited. Lucinda revealed: 'I thought we were friends but then obviously you had your dinner party, I wasn't invited to that.' Samie defended herself by noting she was out of the country at the time, with social media posts showing she was in New York with her mother on the night of the event.
Lucinda also accused Samie of making snide remarks about her on Snapchat 'about a dress'. The exchange has left their friendship in doubt, with Lucinda already facing rumours of a rift with fellow islander Millie Court.
