In the clip, Sean was asked to name the three islanders he is most attracted to before sharing a passionate kiss with his ex-partner Belle, leaving Lucinda and the rest of the villa stunned. Fans took to social media to express their shock, with one writing: 'WAIT WHY IS BELLE AND SEAN KISSING AGAIN?!'
