Louise Redknapp has reportedly split from her boyfriend of two years, Drew Michael. The former Eternal singer, 51, had been dating the businessman, 42, since October 2023. According to reports, the pair have ended their relationship, and Drew is believed to have left the UK to work abroad.

Nine Years After Jamie Split

The news of their breakup comes nine years after the singer split from Jamie Redknapp after 19 years of marriage. The former couple share sons Charley, 20, and Beau, 16. Drew was Louise's first public romance since her divorce.

A source told The Sun, “She’s built a new life she feels incredibly content with. She simply realised she didn’t want to go through marriage and starting a new family all over again.”

Insiders Claim She Is Happiest She's Ever Been

Insiders have revealed the performer is the "happiest she's ever been" since calling time on her marriage in 2017. They added, “Drew wanted to settle down and build a future with her, but Louise’s priorities are very different now. She has done a huge amount of healing since her marriage to Jamie ended and she’s finally in a really good place.”

After years of being a stay-at-home mum, Louise previously admitted she was left feeling frustrated with her career. She had said goodbye to music to help raise her sons while Jamie was flourishing on TV following his professional career as a footballer. The frustrated Eternal singer realised she also needed to focus on her dreams with the boys growing up and stepped onto the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor in 2016. But within a year the couple had called it quits.

Reflections and Upcoming Tour

In the years after her divorce from Jamie, Louise had been open about feeling like a "Stepford wife" during their marriage. "I'm scared about the future - Jamie and I have got to a really positive place with each other, but I don't know what life is going to be like," she told You magazine back in 2019. Louise admitted that she regrets rushing through the 2017 divorce and said she wished she'd communicated her struggles rather than walking away.

Meanwhile, she is also now gearing up for her Naked Confessions UK tour next spring, when she will perform songs from her latest album and mark 30 years since her solo debut, Naked. It is the singer's first tour in eight years.
