YouTuber Angryginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, has been crowned the winner of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here 2025. He triumphed over Celebs Go Dating host Tom Read Wilson, who finished second, and former EastEnders actor Shona McGarty, who came third.
In his exit interview, Ginge admitted the show was harder than expected. “Nobody warned me,” he said. “No one said it was going to be that hard. I’m so glad I done it though.”
McGarty, 34, reflected on her role as an “older sister” to fellow campmate Aitch, sensing his vulnerability beneath his “rapper thing” persona. She also addressed her brief reign as camp leader, which ended due to the “butter scandal”. When asked if losing her throne was worth it, she replied: “It was.”
During the final episode, the three remaining stars completed their last Bushtucker Trials. McGarty tackled “Rat Race”, retrieving stars while surrounded by rats and insects. Wilson consumed bizarre dishes including a whole fermented duck egg, camel’s brain, pig’s vagina, and a huntsman spider. Ginge braved “Helmets of Hell”, facing mealworms, toads, crickets, cockroaches, lizards, scorpions, snakes, rats, and spiders, securing all four stars.
The trio then enjoyed a lavish 12-star banquet. McGarty opted for prawns pil pil, boiled bacon and cabbage, and chocolate fudge cake. Wilson chose smoked salmon, venison with red wine jus, and chocolate fudge cake. Ginge selected a double cheeseburger and chips, pepperoni pizza with chicken tenders, and carrot cake.
Rapper Aitch, an early favourite, was eliminated on Saturday. He expressed support for Ginge, saying: “That crown needs to be taken back to my hometown [Manchester], so I pick Ginge.”
