The jungle drums are beating as ten celebrities prepare to enter the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! 2025 camp, but one contestant has already been dealt a crushing blow before a single Bushtucker Trial has begun.
Jungle Favourites and Underdogs
Official betting odds from Ladbrokes have placed content creator Angry Ginge (real name Morgan Burtwhistle) as the clear 7/4 favourite to win the entire series. He has already captured the public's imagination, being the subject of a whopping 19.6% of all bets placed so far.
Close on his heels is Jack Osbourne, who has garnered 18.8% of the backing. Completing the top three most popular picks is Spandau Ballet star Martin Kemp, with 14.9% of bets. The full line-up of famous faces includes Shona McGarty, Eddie Kadi, Aitch, Alex Scott MBE, Lisa Riley, Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax OBE, and Martin Kemp.
The Devastating Blow for Eddie Kadi
At the opposite end of the spectrum, comedian and radio presenter Eddie Kadi has been tipped as the least likely to win the show, with staggering odds of 50/1. This places him firmly at the bottom of the popularity chart according to the bookmaker's data.
Kadi, known for his work on BBC 1Extra's Official UK Afrobeats Charts Show and for being the fourth contestant eliminated from the 2023 series of Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Karen Hauer, remains undeterred. He immediately accepted the offer to join the jungle, seeing it as an adventure for his daughter.
"Raising a daughter is a beautiful thing and my daughter is extremely excited," Kadi said. "It's going to be a story for her every single day. And if I were to be crowned King of the Jungle, my daughter would be the proudest daughter in the world."
Late Arrivals and Fan Reactions
The initial ten campmates will soon be joined by late arrivals, with rumours strongly suggesting that Irish TV personality Vogue Williams and Celebs Go Dating receptionist Tom Read Wilson will be flying to Australia in the coming days. Currently, Vogue is also among the least popular with punters, attracting just 1.6% of all bets.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes commented on the early betting trends, stating: "Angry Ginge is clearly the one to beat Down Under - he's got the backing of punters up to this point, but Jack Osbourne's popularity may well surprise a few ahead of the series opener..."
Fans have already begun voicing their opinions online after seeing previews of the show. One viewer declared, "Looking at the bookies odds, Angry Ginge has virtually won already - game over!" Another supporter was equally decisive, writing, "MY PICK FOR KING OR QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE 2025 IS EITHER GINGE OR LISA I'M LOCKING IT IN RIGHT NOW."
