Harrison Solomon Returns to Love Island All Stars After Lauren Wood Split
Harrison Solomon Returns to Love Island All Stars

Reality TV star Harrison Solomon is reportedly gearing up for a dramatic return to television, with talks underway for him to join the upcoming Love Island: All Stars series.

The 22-year-old personality, who found fleeting romance with Lauren Wood in the villa earlier this year, has his sights set on love once again despite his recent breakup. According to an exclusive report from The Sun, producers are keen to have him back on screen.

Fresh Split and New Beginnings

Harrison and Lauren's separation is still very recent, but the television star appears ready to move on quickly. An insider revealed to the publication that Harrison recognises the short window for such opportunities and is eager for another stint in the famous villa.

'The break-up is still very fresh,' the source said, 'but Harrison knows that there is a limited window to take these opportunities and he is keen for another go.' The insider also hinted at potential drama, suggesting Lauren might also make a return, asking, 'who knows, perhaps she will return to the villa too and they will give things another go?'

This wouldn't be without precedent for the All Stars format, which has been known to send in ex-islanders to stir up emotions.

An Amicable Parting

Speaking to The Daily Mail earlier this month, Harrison broke his silence on the split, confirming the end of his relationship with Lauren. He confessed he still holds 'a lot of love' for his ex but explained that their busy lives made it impossible to sustain the relationship.

'Life's obviously been really full-on since leaving the villa,' Harrison explained. 'Obviously between work, travel, and everything going on, it just became really hard to find time to really focus on each other.'

The split was mutually agreed upon after an 'open and honest conversation', and Harrison was keen to stress that there is 'no bad blood at all' between them. He described the situation as an unfortunate case of drifting apart after the show, but confirmed they remain on 'really good terms.'

Villa Controversy and Personal Growth

Harrison's original time on Love Island was far from smooth. He became a central figure in an explosive love triangle involving Lauren and American contestant Toni Laites. His actions in the villa drew significant criticism from viewers and even prompted a statement from Women's Aid, which expressed concern that his behaviour 'reinforces a culture that excuses and trivialises violence against women and girls.'

Reflecting on that period four months later, Harrison acknowledged the backlash. 'It wasn't nice seeing any of that stuff when I first came out of the show and how it affected my family,' he admitted.

However, he claims to have grown from the experience. 'I've made mistakes but, I like to think that I've grown from them,' he stated. 'I feel like I'm a different person now than I was six months ago, and I feel like that's all I can really do is grow from the situation.'

Throughout the aftermath, Harrison has leaned on his best friend from the villa, Harry Cooksley, for support. 'Harry has been there for me, especially now as well as when there's been rumours and stuff of us breaking up,' he shared, appreciating the solidarity.

Lauren also confirmed the split on her own social media, stating their decision was 'amicable and mutual' and that they would 'remain friends.' The Daily Mail has contacted ITV for comment regarding Harrison's potential return.
