Love Island's Harrison Solomon 'in talks' for All Stars return after split
Harrison Solomon in Love Island All Stars talks after split

Controversial Love Island star Harrison Solomon is reportedly in advanced talks to make a dramatic return to the ITV dating show for its upcoming All Stars series, just weeks after his split from girlfriend Lauren Wood was confirmed.

Fresh Breakup Sparks Villa Return

The potential comeback comes during what insiders describe as a 'limited window' for former islanders to seize the opportunity for a second chance at love on the popular reality programme. According to sources close to the production, Harrison is 'keen' to re-enter the villa despite the recent end of his relationship with Lauren Wood, whom he originally coupled up with during this year's series.

An insider revealed to The Sun: "The break-up is still very fresh, but Harrison knows that there is a limited window to take these opportunities and he is keen for another go in the villa."

Extended All Stars Format Confirmed

ITV bosses have officially confirmed that Love Island will return next year with an expanded All Stars version that will see former contestants from previous seasons attempting to find love again. Rather than the standard five-week run, the new series will extend to six weeks, giving islanders more time to form connections and creating additional drama for viewers.

The source added an intriguing possibility: "He and Lauren didn't work out, but who knows, perhaps she will return to the villa too, and they will give things another go? All Stars has precedent for sending in exes, so we'll see what happens."

Controversial History and Public Backlash

Harrison became one of the most talked-about figures in the latest Love Island series due to his treatment of female contestants, particularly during an explosive love triangle involving Lauren Wood and American islander Toni Laites, who ultimately won the show with her partner Cach Mercer.

His behaviour in the villa attracted significant criticism, culminating in Women's Aid releasing an official statement addressing his conduct. Harrison later addressed the controversy, acknowledging he had 'made mistakes' but insisted he had grown from the experience.

He previously stated: "I acknowledged what was said about me when I was on the show. Obviously, it wasn't nice seeing any of that stuff when I first came out of the show and how it affected my family. But I've made mistakes, and I like to think that I've grown from them."

The confirmation of Harrison and Lauren's split came earlier this month, with Lauren telling The Sun: "Hi everyone, Harrison and I have decided to no longer continue our relationship, but will remain friends, as everything was amicable and mutual. We share such amazing memories together, ones that not many can relate to."

Fans had begun speculating about trouble in paradise when Harrison was spotted travelling to Dubai for a holiday without Lauren shortly before the official announcement. Now, with All Stars casting underway, viewers might witness Harrison's return to television - and potentially another dramatic chapter in his relationship with Lauren if both former lovers enter the villa.
