Charlie and Rob have been crowned the winners of Channel 4's Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing, taking home the £100,000 prize after weeks of being chained together. The final challenge saw the last three couples race from Scotland to Wales and on to London, with Charlie and Rob emerging victorious atop a double-decker bus.
While the moment of uncuffing brought relief, Rob admitted to mixed feelings. 'It was a nice moment… but also a little sad,' he said, reflecting on the bond formed during the experiment. Charlie, meanwhile, expressed relief at finally gaining some personal space.
Rob, a 32-year-old OnlyFans creator, revealed that self-gratification was his top priority after being freed. 'Being in the porn industry, I tend to have a [bleep] at least once a day,' he said, adding that it was 'probably the first thing on my priority list.'
Beyond the physical release, Rob noted a deeper lesson from the experience. 'I learned that money doesn’t always buy happiness,' he reflected. 'I was working too hard and not having an equal balance.'
Charlie, for her part, is delighted that their friendship can now go public. 'He’s such a gentle giant,' she said. 'It’s lovely now that we don’t have to keep our friendship secret.' The pair have remained close since filming, with Rob even chatting to Charlie’s husband Simon, who earlier struggled with Rob’s OnlyFans career.
Charlie and Rob’s families are now set to meet. 'He and his family are coming over to our house this Friday night to celebrate,' Charlie revealed. The series Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing is available on Channel 4.
