Fletchers' Family Farm returns to ITV today, Sunday, September 27, at 11.30am, and viewers are once again curious about the location of the series. The farm is situated on 120 acres of land in the village of Wincle, near Macclesfield in Cheshire.
Filmed on the edge of the Peak District
The ITV docu-series is filmed right on the edge of the Peak District National Park, meaning the family-of-six are surrounded by stunning views every day. The debut episode of the new series sees Kelvin, wife Liz and their four children adjust to life in their lodge and living back on their land after a fire broke out at their main farmhouse.
The episode also sees the former Emmerdale star reflect on how far they have come since they bought the farm five years ago and shares their exciting plans for the year ahead.
From city life to farming
Oldham-born Kelvin spent most of his life in the city before swapping it for the countryside and a new career in farming when they purchased the farm in 2021. Kelvin and Liz made the life-changing move two years after he won the Strictly Come Dancing glitterball trophy with professional partner Oti Mabuse.
Kelvin had no real-life experience of working on a farm, despite starring as farmer Andy Sugden in Emmerdale for 20 years. Their move was initially documented on BBC show Kelvin's Farming Adventure in 2022 before the ITV show Fletchers' Family Farm was launched the following year.

Speaking to Manchester Evening News in 2024, Kelvin said: "It has been everything we wanted and more. It's chaotic but we thrive on it.
"I've always loved the outdoors and countryside and I always had a bit of a dream and a vision of bringing up our family on our own farm. Who would have thought it? Playing a farmer and now here I am."
