The fashion designer, who has openly discussed spending half a million dollars on plastic surgery over the years, chose a flirtatious and glittering gown for the high-profile event. However, the dress proved incapable of containing her curves, leading to an embarrassing exposure. At one particularly revealing moment, her nipple cover became visible to the cameras as the gown failed its purpose.

In a candid interview with The Sarah Fraser Show, the pair defended their choices, with Stacey asserting that going under the knife was 'the best decision' they had ever made. 'We started when we were 35, and that was Botox and a little lip filler,' she explained. 'Then we went for it in our 40s. No shame in what we do.'
Their pursuit of physical perfection has even extended to more intimate procedures. In 2022, both sisters received 'orgasm shots'—a vaginal injection aimed at tissue regeneration and increased blood flow, costing between $1,200 and $1,500.
Concerns from Within the Franchise
Not everyone is supportive of their surgical path. Fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Lima recently urged the twins to reconsider their approach to cosmetic enhancement. She suggested they needed a 'reverse makeover' and expressed concern that they had 'gone too deep in the face.'
'I think they are beautiful women who should find a new provider who could change them for the best,' Lima told Daily Mail, highlighting the issue of 'puffy face' caused by fillers absorbing water.
Current Marital Struggles
Beyond her appearance, Darcey's personal life is also under strain. Her marriage to Georgi Rusev, 37, is reportedly on the rocks after just two years. The couple recently admitted they haven't had sex in over six months. A significant point of contention is Georgi's desire to have a child, while Darcey, a mother of two, can no longer have children due to her age.
'I can't give you what you really, really want,' Darcey told him during the show, acknowledging the fundamental rift in their relationship.
