Dani Dyer Hints at Celebrity Traitors Signing

Dani Dyer has hinted she would be open to joining the next series of Celebrity Traitors, adding her name to the list of potential contestants for the hit show. The 29-year-old, who won Love Island in 2018, said she would “never” rule out taking part, despite previously admitting she might not be suited to the game.

Speaking to The Standard, Dyer said she has not yet been approached by producers but would consider it. “I love watching that show so much. I was so late to the party with it that I’m so annoyed that I didn’t start it sooner, so you never know. How could you ever turn down Traitors? It’s like an iconic series,” she said.

Her father, former EastEnders actor Danny Dyer, was previously approached for the first series of the celebrity spin-off. Should he pass, producers may look to his daughter, who has already tested herself on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and briefly appeared on Strictly Come Dancing before an injury forced her out.

Dyer admitted her main hesitation would be the risk of an early exit, recalling Paloma Faith’s swift departure in the first series. “Imagine packing all those clothes and then you get the boot? You know what? Why not, let’s see what happens in the future,” she said.

Currently, Dyer stars alongside her father in Sky’s The Dyers’ Caravan Park, which has been recommissioned for a second series. The show follows the pair as they revive a caravan park in Leysdown-on-Sea, Kent. All episodes are available to stream on NOW.
