Chloe Sims Discloses Free Cosmetic Surgery Offers Following TOWIE Debut

Reality television personality Chloe Sims has publicly revealed that she was offered any cosmetic surgery she desired completely free of charge immediately after making her debut on the popular ITV2 series, The Only Way Is Essex. The 44-year-old star, who first rose to fame on the show back in 2011, has consistently been transparent about undergoing numerous cosmetic procedures throughout her career. Reports have previously suggested that Sims has invested over £100,000 in her extensive appearance transformation.

Initial Surgery and Overwhelming Offers

During a recent appearance on Paul Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, Sims reflected on her first surgical procedure—a breast augmentation—and the subsequent flood of offers she received. "The look back then was like all boobs and nothing else. Skinny. Boobs. Sort of how the glamour models looked," she explained. "I really wanted to have a big chest, I was obsessed with that, and I thought that was going to change all my dreams. And then I did that, and when I went onto TOWIE, I got offered every surgery in the world."

Sims elaborated further, stating, "I could have had anything I wanted for free. So then I wanted to go even bigger, and as luck would have it, someone must’ve been looking down on me. They couldn’t fit them in." She detailed how her surgeon attempted to accommodate her desire for implants that appeared "big and fake" but ultimately had to install a smaller size because the originally requested implants would not physically fit within her body, thereby avoiding potential health risks.

Health Risks and Current Sentiments

Medical professionals often caution against excessively large implants for individuals with smaller chests due to significant risks, including:

  • Infection
  • Skin stretching
  • Necrosis, which is the premature and unnatural death of cells and living tissue

In the same interview, Sims confessed that she still retains the same implants but has harbored a desire to remove them for some time. "I just can’t be bothered for major surgery for no reason. It’s something that I would really love to take out, I don’t want them anymore. It’s not a good look, I do tend to hide them most of the time," she admitted. Beyond breast implants, Sims has undergone a Brazilian bum lift and, several years ago, discussed removing facial fillers.

Parental Guidance and Social Media Concerns

Sims has also been open about her approach to discussing cosmetic surgery with her 21-year-old daughter, Madison. In a 2022 interview with New! Magazine, she stated that she has not informed Madison about her past procedures, believing "it's not something she needs to be aware of." "In the past, whenever I've had any bruises or anything like that, I'd just make something up, say I fell over or something," Sims explained.

The reality TV star expressed concerns about Madison's exposure to social media influences, noting a lack of role models "bigger than a size 14" online. She has only recently permitted Madison to use social media, restricting access to apps on her phone. Additionally, Sims has been cautious about allowing her daughter to wear makeup, emphasizing the importance of natural beauty. "I was careful with letting her play with make-up when she was young, but if she wants to do these things now as a teenager, it's absolutely fine," she added, while consistently reassuring Madison of her inherent beauty daily.
