Reality television star Brittany Cartwright has proudly unveiled her dramatically transformed figure at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, following a significant surgical procedure she describes as an 'empowering new chapter'.
A Confident New Look
The Vanderpump Rules veteran took to Instagram on Wednesday to share previously unseen images from the event, where she stunned in a plunging baby blue satin gown that showcased her new silhouette. Cartwright opted to go braless in the daring ensemble, which highlighted the results of her recent cosmetic work.
In her enthusiastic caption, the star wrote: 'Bravocon 2025 you were fun as HAIL! It was such an honor to meet so many amazing people! Our bravo fans are the absolute best, I love y'all so much!' The post received immediate approval from fellow Bravo personalities including Lala Kent, Gia Giudice, Kristen Doute and Tamra Judge, who all hit the like button.
The Surgical Journey
Cartwright's spectacular appearance comes after she underwent what her representative Lori Krebs confirmed to Us Weekly was a 'mommy makeover' - a combination of procedures including a tummy tuck and breast work. According to Krebs, this was 'something Brittany had wanted to do for herself for quite some time, and she finally took the step' as part of her journey toward self-confidence, healing and growth.
The procedures were performed by Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke, with an insider revealing that Cartwright 'removed the breast implants she had and got new ones'. Just three weeks after her operations, the television personality told fans she was 'sore' but absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
She shared on social media: 'I'm so happy with my decision, do whatever makes you happy with your own body and lift other women up always! Everyone may not take the route I chose and I truly believe a woman's body is incredible no matter what and deserves all the love!'
Recovery and Support
The road to recovery hasn't been without its challenges, but Cartwright has been keeping her followers updated throughout the process. Last week, the mother-of-one checked in to share: 'I'm still recovering from a huge surgery even though I'm feeling better every day. I had my tubes removed today and it went so much better than I thought. It was, like, hardly any pain, I barely felt anything at all.'
She added: 'I feel so much better. It's crazy how much better I instantly felt with having the tubes removed. So, still very swollen but, oh my Gosh, I'm feeling amazing.'
Her brave journey has attracted overwhelming support from her celebrity friends. Kristen Doute commented: 'DAYUMMMMMM ❤️ so sparkly inside and out,' while Scheana Shay added: 'YES GIRL.' Tamra Judge shared her encouragement too, writing: 'You look amazing always. Hope you feel back to normal soon.'
This personal transformation comes approximately a year after Cartwright filed for divorce from her husband Jax Taylor after five years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences'. The former couple share a four-year-old son, Cruz. Taylor will not appear on the next season of The Valley.
Reflecting on her marital difficulties last year, Cartwright explained to Us Weekly how the lack of intimacy in her marriage affected her self-esteem: 'I felt like I wasn't good enough. If you start to feel like your partner doesn't want you and they're also being mean to you, it's like, "What am I doing here?" I'm basically living with a roommate. I hit my breaking point.'
She added: 'I don't want to be unhappy for the rest of my life. I don't want to be in a sexless marriage for the rest of my life. I don't want to be arguing with my husband for the rest of my life.'
Now, with her surgical journey behind her and a new chapter ahead, Brittany Cartwright appears to be embracing her independence and renewed confidence with spectacular results.
