Ulissias Marcelli Couto Flores Cardial, 30, a fire performer and social media influencer known as Miss Tattoo, and her boyfriend Vinicius Souza de Carvalho, 28, were found shot dead on a rural roadside in Porto Seguro, Brazil. Their bodies were discovered a few metres apart on Saturday (18 July), but police believe the shooting occurred the previous day.
Forensic Evidence and Investigation
Forensic teams recovered seven spent 9mm cartridge cases and two projectiles at the scene. Ulissias's mobile phone was seized for analysis, while her partner's device was missing. Investigators are examining signs that the couple may have been held against their will before the shooting.
No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
Victim Profile and Tributes
Ulissias, who had over 20,000 Instagram followers, produced content on rock music, motorcycling, and animal welfare. She won a local beauty title in 2021 and was due to present at an upcoming music festival. She leaves behind a 13-year-old son. The couple lived locally and worked in the events sector.
Family and friends have paid tribute on social media. Ulissias's mother wrote: "Go in peace, my loves. You leave an immortal legacy. We will miss you dearly - this is such a heartbreaking loss." Festival organisers said: "Today, with profound sadness, we bid farewell to her presence among us. It is difficult to believe that someone who was about to share such a special moment with us has left so soon."
