Hundreds of music fans gathered in Keel Square to enjoy Love the 90s, one of the highlights of Sunderland's One Big Summer programme. The event brought the nostalgic sounds of the decade back to the city centre, with live performances from Eternal, Steps' Claire Richards, Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton, Amelle from the Sugababes and DJ Sammy.

The classic dance anthems and singalong favourites created a vibrant party atmosphere throughout the day. Families, friends and visitors of all ages came together to celebrate the music and culture of the 1990s, filling the square with colour, energy and community spirit.
